Happy New Year

Happy New Year - to celebrate a few folks headed outside for some gravel. Scott G, Super Saul, Robert, John and Kat on assorted mountain bikes - SS and otherwise. Headed north from downtown CF on Leversee. As you can see the gravel was mixed with snow and some very icy spots. Scott was trying out his new studded tires - very nice. Might have to check some of those out at the shop.

Group relief stop. You can see the icy patches and snow piled up. Good to get out. Continued to head north to 275th street then headed west into Janesville. Hit the KwikStar for some coffee and a snack.

Robert getting some breakfast biscuit goodness while Kat got her pork product as usual. Scott and Ron headed west for more gravel while the rest of us decided to head back to CF on Center street. Ended up with A nice 2+ hours on the MTN Bike and the weather was cooperative as well. Great riding with our Friends! Thanks for coming out.

Good to get out of the basement - AND speaking of basements. Remember New Year's Day 2008?? Here it is....
