Rob, Angi and Alijah helping the old girl gut out the ride. Second time on rollers this season and first Only race for Kat.

Roller Racing isn't for the faint of heart or mind or legs

check out the suffering 

Richard trading Sunny and warm Hawaii for inside gym work.

Really fun to see Angi back on the bike in the team kit. And Alijah racing hard - like her dad said looking on - 'She's and Animal.' Indeed she is as this was the 1st of her 3 races for the day!

What great expressions on both racers at the end of the race.  Nothing it seems is Ever as hard as these on a bike.

Some Flying Mile #s.  Actually this was slow - the white #s are Lee's and he was clocked somewhere around 73mph!
