SPRING BREAK IN MOAB

It is Spring Break time
And there is no better time to go to the Moab desert in Utah
The following are random pictures of Hike and Bikes in this wonderful playground

The Colorado River does amazing carving to the land wherever it travels.

This would be John  showing great form across the Famed SlickRock Practice Loop - it is only shorter - Not any easier.
Good cross training - when you are not riding there is a lot of hiking available
Sophie showing  how to cross the stream in Negro Bill Canyon

The Morning Glory Arch or Bridge at the end of Negro Bill Canyon.
The 6th biggest natural land bridge (arch) in the country

Warming up on Bar M perhaps.

Sophie knows the way to walk on the hiking trail in Dead Horse Point State Park.
Just follow the cairns, John
View along the East Rim of Dead Horse Point.

Breathtaking views right up there with the Grand Canyon.

Trees grow very slowly at Dead Horse Point - this tree could be several hundred years old.

John taking in views of the East Rim
Right near Moab proper - along a Pipeline - An amazing trail series - Pipe Dreams. Very Technical - but a beautiful trail.

John railing the red rocks - fearless as ever and riding even stronger. More to come - stay tuned.
