GRAVEL RACING

Gravel racing in the Fort Dodge area.
With 40 degree temps
it was definitely time to race some gravel.
Kathleen Porter, Paul Meyermann and John Adamson near the front at the start .
The roads were 90% clear of ice and snow
and with a slight tail wind for most of the race.....
it was fast racing for 25 miles.

Just over an hour later we ended up in town at Amigo's bar for drinks, pizza and telling lies

    Nice job! Great to See Paul out and racing. More heavy medal right on KAT.

    Me I opted for some indoor time - Coach had me on 2 1/2 hrs of tempo plus 1 hr of weights.
