    Great result! Wow! I hope those photos weren't from his event - sleeveless may not cut it in some races.
    To quote I think it's pg 55 in this year's version:
    1N5. Jerseys must be worn in all races and shall cover the shoulders. Sleeveless jerseys are allowed only in non-international MTB races.
