| The last Wednesday evening race of the season for us in the Roaring Forks Valley. |
The Aspen Cycling club puts on 24 training bike races each summer.
12 road and 12 mt biking.
This last race was on the Snowmass ski slopes.
The old guys had a great race on the Rim Trail
One of the my main competitors and I had a race for second place right down to the line.
I ended up with about a 3/4 of a bike length win
No idea that he was closing in - the lesson - look back and know where the competition is.
